A 60-YEAR LONG LEAP
In 1963, Fernando Zecca, Maurizio’s father – today, Maurizio is at the head of Birra Salento – wrote to his family and friends from Fribourg, in Switzerland. He was working at a local brewery and dreamt of going back to his wife and sons, whom he left in Leverano.

THE PROCESS
From the cultivation and accurate selection of raw materials to the production process, from the bottles’ designing to their distribution, every day, we listen to our brewery’s breath and narrate the quality of a craft, genuine product that can be enjoyed with all the five senses.
