BIRRA SALENTO s.r.l. strongly believes in fulfilling its Customers’ demands and all applicable requirements, and has thus decided to establish, document, implement and update an internationally-recognized management system for Food Quality and Safety, aimed at guaranteeing its products’ quality and safety hygene and health standards, reaching its full Customers’ satisfaction and carrying out further action for continuous improvement, in full compliance with current regulations. Therefore, the Management has deemed it necessary to update its Management System for Food Safety to those models proposed by the BRC Global Standard, IFS Standard and ISO 22000:2005 Standard.
