La Dorata
A blonde high fermentation beer with a rich aroma that is given by the barley grown in Salento.
Full and flourishing in mouth it is able to satisfy the most difficult
palates but at the same time it is easy to be sipped as well as to be digested.
The hopping which is needed to enrich this beer with freshness and stability is quite indistinguishable.
