CARATTERISTICHE

’63 Barrique ha riposato per tre mesi in botti di vino a temperatura controllata.
Dopo la maturazione in botte la birra è stata imbottigliata con il metodo della rifermentazione in bottiglia,
usando miele di castagno per darle un tocco di dolcezza sul palato.
