CARATTERISTICHE

Birra di origine tedesca caratterizzata da pronunciati toni maltati.
Il colore va dall’ambrato carico al ramato scuro, con una schiuma color avorio.
Il malto utilizzato conferisce a questa birra note di crosta di pane, caramello e frutta secca, prugna sul finale.
L’amaro sostiene i gusti del malto permettendo però alla dolcezza di restare sul finale.
Birra strutturata ma al contempo facile da bere. Da abbinare con una pizza importante o una grigliate di carne.
